Binding instructions and legislation control legal and scoring interpretation, followed by structured government datasets and official operational pages.
Retrieval and evidence
Source checks create immutable, content-hashed snapshots. Parsers create proposed structured records, but those records remain private until validation and human review are complete.
Units
Federal ITAs, provincial invitations, nominations, AIP selections, applications and PR admissions are separate units. CRSFlow does not create totals by mixing these stages.
Corrections
Material corrections create a new record version and preserve the earlier value and its source evidence.
